What happens in a session
We work on the acupressure points of your lower abdomen to release tension, encourage warmth and help you relax deeply. We then apply a warm herbal paste on your tummy and let you rest while it does its work.
Why women choose us
Women come to us to feel calmer, more connected to their bodies and more hopeful about their journey. We welcome women preparing for pregnancy naturally, women going through IVF or IUI, and women healing after a miscarriage. Highlander is ladies-only and Muslim-friendly, and welcomes women of all races.
Inside our massage
Your fascia surrounds every tissue and system in your body. When it is tight, it can press on other systems and show up as painful periods and reduced function. Releasing it helps bring fresh blood and oxygen to the reproductive organs.
Eases muscle tension around the womb and tummy.
Frees the tissue that wraps your organs and muscles, which can become twisted and stuck over time.
From Traditional Chinese Medicine, without needles. Pressure on specific points brings balance and circulation.
A special oil that supports circulation, helps break up adhesions and aids detoxification.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fertility is tied to the kidneys, spleen and liver. Herbal essence prescriptions aim to restore that balance, looking at your whole body, not one organ.
Foods rich in antioxidants, folate and omega-3s, less caffeine, good sleep, gentle movement and ways to ease stress.
Why we massage the tummy too
We do not only massage the womb, we massage the whole tummy too. Your tummy is home to your intestines, and a happy gut is closely tied to how your whole body feels.
Gentle tummy massage supports your intestines and the gut flora that live there, so your digestion can work more comfortably.
A good part of your immune system lives in your gut. When your gut is looked after, your body is better able to look after you.
As your body settles, you find back your balance and your own momentum, and your hormone rhythm can become more balanced too.
Good for your inner health and your outer health. This is general wellness education, not a medical treatment, and results differ from person to person.
What a session is really like
Your first visit starts with a conversation, because understanding your body and your journey comes before any massage.
How long you have been trying, your history and what you are going through.
What we will do, step by step, and why. Ask us anything.
Over the tummy only, customised to you and your cycle.
Throughout the session. Ask for lighter pressure any time.
If you would like to continue, we plan together. No hard selling.
Please bring any previous medical records you have. We share a digital intake form before you arrive.

FAQ
It is a soft, hands-on massage over the tummy, meant to ease tension and encourage good circulation around the womb, and to support your gut health and your body's natural balance. Here we pair it with herbal guidance as one part of looking after your fertility naturally.
No. We were among the first to offer fertility massage in Singapore. We started with home visits in 2006, opened a small shop at Alexandra in 2018, then a centre at HarbourFront Centre in 2024, and in 2026 we moved to International Building on Orchard Road. We have been looking after women for a long time.
We do not only massage the womb, we massage the whole tummy too, to support your intestine health and your gut flora, which in turn supports your immune system. As your body settles, you find back your balance and your own momentum, and your hormone rhythm can become more balanced too. It is good for your inner and outer health. This is general wellness education, not a medical treatment.
The first visit costs $98 nett and includes a chat with us plus roughly an hour of massage. It lets you see for yourself whether this suits you, and nobody will pressure you to sign up for more.
Just WhatsApp us at 8111 6691.
First we sit and talk about your history, how long you have been trying, and how you have been coping. Then we explain what we will do and give you a massage shaped around your body, asking how you feel along the way.
No, it is a soft treatment. Your therapist keeps asking how it feels, and you can tell her to go lighter whenever you like.
That depends on your body and what you are hoping for, and we will go through it together. Some women notice differences within a few visits and their cycles may settle over about three to six sessions, but everyone is different.
You are welcome here. Have a talk with us and we will tell you the best timing. After an early miscarriage, once the bleeding has stopped is usually fine, and coming for healing as soon as possible is often good for you. If you had a D&C, we will go through it together and plan the right time. When you come, we take it slowly and at your pace, in a quiet room where you can rest, talk or just be.
Many clients visit us while preparing for or going through IVF. It is a complementary wellness therapy and not a medical treatment, so please tell your therapist what stage of the cycle you are in.
No. We do not recommend womb massage once you are pregnant. Please ask your doctor about care during pregnancy.
Many of our ladies come with these concerns. Fertility massage works alongside your doctor’s care, not instead of it. Your therapist adapts the session to where you are in your cycle and what your body needs.
Success rates for IUI and IVF have improved over the years, but many of the things that decide the outcome are out of your control. Some are within your control. Fertilisation happens with the help of your doctors. The next step is up to you: your embryo needs a safe, nurturing space to keep growing, so it helps to prepare your body to receive it.
Small, consistent habits can support hormone balance and treatment recovery. Aim for balanced plates with protein, colourful produce, whole-food carbs and healthy fats. Eat foods rich in antioxidants, folate and omega-3 fatty acids, reduce caffeine, avoid smoking and binge drinking, sleep well and find ways to ease stress.
